At The Wood House Company we want the project to run as smoothly as possible for you, from initial contact through to the final sign off of your new timer framed structure.

...Give our friendly team a call or send your enquiry on our website enquiry page and we will call you at a time that is convenient. We will discuss your project and your individual needs. From there we will be able to give you an initial proposal and anticipated costs for your project. We will work with you to get you the correct solution in order that it will fall within your budget.

...A member of our design team will visit you on site to carry out a survey of the area. We will look at things like vehicle access, access for delivery of materials to site, ground conditions and distances from boundary lines. We will also discuss your project, materials and components in more detail to allow us to create a final proposal.

...Our team will provide you with a final quotation once we have the information we need. We will give you details of the build specification, build process and timescales. If we are creating a bespoke building that requires architectural design work or planning permission and building control, then we will support you through this process.

...The time is getting closer for your building to arrive on site. We will start the manufacturing of the components that will make up your build and keep you up to date with the progress.

...Prior to your building completion date at our facility we will work with you to arrange the installation of the base and foundations. The time required prior to installation of your building will depend on the type of base required.

...Once the foundation is ready, we can move on to the fun part. Creating your new space! Installation time will vary depending on the size and specification of your garden room, garden office, annexe or extension. This is when we benefit from our modular system, reducing installation time on site. Our goal is to create as little disruption for you as possible during the installation.
